And from the desert there rose a great din, like the howling of many wolves...

Ace Journeyman has just finished only his second game as head coach of Nevada...but it might be his greatest win so far. With Mackay Stadium rocking and the September sun setting low, the Wolfpack dominated 14th ranked Arizona State, 45-24. Down 10-0 after the first, Journeyman's boys had tied it by halftime before owning the second half in blowout fashion. With rowdy fans storming the field, celebrating players all around him, and gatorade streaming down his back, Journeyman acknowledged that this was a huge victory; the biggest in his short career. He also warned of putting too much into one win, especially one this early in a season. The 'Pack will celebrate this weekend before prepping for Hawaii and the opening of WAC play. Before the season started, the team made the 2013 WAC title their goal. If they accomplish that, then tonight's win is just the icing on the cake.
