Postseason Blues

Well, chalk up another loss in Ace Journeyman's bowl record. The Oklahoma Sooners were too much for the Nevada Wolfpack to overcome, hanging on to win 23-16. While it's been impressive watching what Journeyman has done at Eastern Michigan and Nevada, there have been let downs to end every season. Honestly, the 0-4 bowl record has mostly to do with the Ace's teams getting too successful too fast and earning bowl bids against superior opponents. Many thought the drought would end in 2013, but the unexpected BCS invite changed expectations, with the 'Pack heading to Tempe as 10 point underdogs. Once again, expectations for Journeyman are high in '14, with all eyes focused on the late season match-up with Boise State. When asked if he would rather get a guaranteed bowl win or a second invite to a BCS game, Journeyman smiled and said, "why not both." Well, they're certainly not shying away from pressure in Reno this year, are they?
